·        Labels will be published for use in 3-week intervals.  Please correct player name spelling and jersey numbers on the labels at each game.  If you want to use your own labels, please put them in numerical order by jersey number to make it easier on the label maker and the statistician.

·        The league will begin keeping track of penalties per player.  If players begin to amass too many penalties, or too many penalties of a serious nature (boarding, fighting, cross-checking, etc.), the teams involved will be contacted by the league president.

Next Meeting

·        The next meeting has not yet been scheduled.  An announcement will be made prior to the next meeting.  It will most likely take place in the spring of 2002.

Appendix B:  Sample Division Proposals 2001 2nd Half

Division Proposal #1

AA                                          M

Assabet A                                                                  Peabody M

Nighthawks A                                                          Rhode Island M

Randolph                                                                  Storm C

Storm B                                                                      Nighthawks C

Providence Lady Reds B                                        Phantoms

Depending on the standings and game results, we could move the first team in C into B for the 2nd half and the lowest team in B down into C.  Also depending on the game results, the A division could be 6 teams and the BB division could be 5 teams.  We could also play an occasional crossover round between AA and A.

Division Proposal #2

A                                       M

Assabet A                                                                  Peabody M

Nighthawks A                                                                      Rhode Island M

Storm B                                                                      Nighthawks C

Providence Lady Reds B                                        Phantoms

Depending on the standings and game results, we could move the first team in C into B for the 2nd half and the lowest team in B down into C for the 2nd half.  Also, the number of “A” teams in the top division could be brought down to 3 instead of 5.  This would make the BB division have 8 teams instead of 6.

Storm B                                                                      Nighthawks C

Depending on the standings and game results, we could move the first team in C into B for the 2nd half and the lowest team in B down into C.  This proposal would obviously include crossover games between AA and A.  Depending on which set of teams Needham would like to play more often, they could be in either the AA or the A division.
